The Women in the Church ministries include ALL women who are in the church. It is not a club but an organizational structure that provides an opportunity for each woman to discern and exercise her gifts and abilities to the glory of God in the total work and worship of the church.
The purpose of the WIC is that every woman know Christ personally and be committed to extending His Kingdom in her life, home, community and throughout the world.
The goal of this purpose will become a reality as women are given opportunities to respond to the Gospel and to pray, study the Scriptures, fellowship and serve the Lord together.
As with all organizations in the church, WIC is under authority and guidance of the session.

Upcoming Events
Ladies' Time of Prayer
LOPC women are invited to meet together the third Monday of each month in room 101 for a time of prayer. Our purpose is to pray God's Word; to use Scripture to pray for the Kingdom of God on Earth and the Body of Christ. Praying aloud is not required. The focus will be on God's character and His promises to his children. Praying Scripture is helpful in growing comfortable in corporate prayer since we don't need to "worry" about what to say.
