OWLS stands for Older, Wiser, Loving Souls, and is the title of our Senior Outreach Ministry.  The purpose of the ministry is to provide opportunities for fellowship, discipleship, and activities for seniors to the glory of God.  It is a ministry for seniors by seniors.

Our Meetings
All OWLS and friends are invited to join in fellowship on May 18th at the home of Fred & Jan Harris at 12:00 noon. (please RSVP by calling 706-467-9048). Bring your Bible and a friend and join us!

Our Values
Four values have been defined relating to this ministry:

1. We value having activities planned regularly for this age group. These may include covered dish dinners or luncheons, day  trips, movies, over night outings such as retreats, or other programs.

2. We value discipleship by having devotionals at activities, or studies when appropriate; all to Make Disciples that Make a Difference.

3. We value each and every senior and opportunities are given for them to be teachers, mentors and to offer  their aid and encouragement as they assist in this ministry.

4. We value prayer for those involved in this ministry.
